The hotel's proximity to the Galata Tower was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped with directions. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items.
The bathroom showed signs of mould, I found this unappealing. The noise isolation wasn't great. Sounds from neighboring rooms were audible. The elevator had some issues . It was temporarily out of service.

Good stay near Galata Tower
convenient location excellent breakfast amazing views short walk
The hotel location proved convenient. It was just a short walk from the Galata Tower and also near the Karakoy tram station. The rooftop terrace provided amazing views and was perfect. Breakfast offered an excellent spread with various options, a fine start to the day.
I noticed some slight wear on the bathroom fixtures. it did not impact my experience significantly.

great location rooftop terrace useful staff
The location was near the Galata Tower. The rooftop terrace was quite nice. The breakfast spread included a lot of options. Staff helped arrange a taxi to the airport, this was useful.
The bathroom was small. It also had dull lighting. The toilet sink did not work properly.

i enjoyed my stay. the staff provided water without charge to tourists who needed it. the location is convenient, close to galata and public transport. the staff's hospitality impressed me.
my room had some paint peeling off the wall it made the room appear worn.

superb location spacious room attentive staff narrow street hard mattress missing shelves
the hotel's location was superb, very close to galata tower. my room was surprisingly spacious, a real plus. the staff was very attentive. they welcomed me with drinks.
my room faced a rather narrow street, so light was limited. the mattress felt quite hard.

The staff were very helpful. They provided recommendations for exploring the area. The hotel's location is near the Galata Tower. Public transport is just a few minutes walk.
The room was on the first floor so it was pretty dark. The mattress was not particularly comfortable. It was hard. I found a lack of plugs in the room. There is only one light controller next to the entrance door.

convenient location metro station city view thin walls old toiletries shower mold
the location was very convenient. it was close to the galata tower (about 300m). i also appreciated that it was near the sishane metro station. breakfast had a nice view of the city.
the walls in my room were not sound-proof. i could hear noise from other rooms at night. the staff didn't change the toiletries. the shower had some mold. (that's something i don't like)
